Salon Policies
Please review our policies carefully before booking or receiving services.
Repairs & Service Guarantee
Complimentary repairs are provided within 7 days of the original service for workmanship-related issues only (such as chipping or defects). Requests made after 7 days, or for damage caused by wear, improper care, or external factors, will be subject to additional charges.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Full service fees may still apply.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show. After two (2) no-shows, clients will no longer be permitted to book future appointments.
Health and Safety
By receiving services, clients acknowledge they have disclosed all relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, and nail or skin conditions.
Nail Arts and Add-on
Please request detailed designs or additional services at booking. Availability is not guaranteed without prior notice.
Services Adjustments
Changes after completion will be treated as a new service.
All Sales Final
All services are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Non-Discrimination Policy
We are committed to providing services in a professional environment free from discrimination of any kind.
Appointment and Deposit
For groups of five or larger, we necessitate a committed deposit to confirm your slots. This fee counts toward your visit or is lost if you miss or cancel late.
